The Holy Grail of Cold Brew

La Colombe coffee brought together the most diehard cold coffee drinkers from across the country to share how much they love their favorite coffee company.

Over 300 people thought they were taking part in a documentary about diehard coffee fans. Fans ranged from Starbucks superfans to Dunkin diehards to McCafe lovers to indie cold brew enthusiasts. But not only did the documentary not exist, we also gave each person a taste of delicious La Colombe cold brew and canned lattes without them knowing.

The campaign launched on April 20th, National Cold Brew Day, with a series of videos that ran on social and connected TV across the country.

School of La Colombe  | One Show Shortlist

Known for their singular cafes and deliciously-crafted coffee beans and ready to drink cold brew, La Colombe is staking their claim as America’s best coffee. But what truly makes the coffee purveyor unique is their relentless coffee knowledge and close relationships with some of the country’s most iconic establishments who brew their finest drinks La Colombe’s beans.

La Colombe takes it back to their roots with “School of La Colombe” a video series where a slew of the company’s coffee experts educate their audience on the ins-and-outs of coffee.

In one video, La Colombe joins forces with premium frangrace-makers Le Labo. Filmed at Le Labo’s cafe in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, long-time La Colombe coffee aficionado Travis Vaughn teaches the audience how to brew the perfect espresso. Against the vibrant backdrop a vibrant Brooklyn, Travis takes his time and attention to educate viewers on every detail behind creating a flawless espresso at home, from beans to brew.

In the second episode Josey, a 22 year veteran of the coffee industry, educates the audience on the importance of milk in the world of coffee. Filmed at La Colombe’s Bowery Cafe, an extension of the Whole Foods in New York’s iconic neighborhood, Josey teaches us how to steam and prepare milk to create the perfect milk-based cafe drinks from lattes to cortados.

2023 ExpoWest Trade Show - The Art of the Blend

La Colombe Coffee and Chobani combined forces to bring the best tasting cold brew and creamer to the buyers at Expo West.

The perfect and smooth mix of coffee and creamer literally came together in a larger than life art installation where both brands met in the middle, with a full service coffee and creamer bar.

The design of the 40’ x 20’ booth still allowed both sister brands to be individually represented in a retail environment – all done sustainably with recycled materials.

Over 9,000 samples were handed out, making it one of the most successful comprehensive collaborate booths in the history of both brands.
